It's okay to be afraid, but don't let it cripple you.

My morning routine consists of a few things... Coffee, personal development book, journal and then planner...
The coffee I'm drinking now is strong enough to put hair on your chest... I couldn't wait for the pot to fill so I snatched it off the burner when there was enough to fill the mug... Lol

Right now I'm reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. It is fantastic, btw. I have both the hard copy and the audio. When I don't have time to really sit down and read, I listen. It's a win win. Personal development is a big deal in the growing process for anyone. Strengthening your mind is key when you're taking steps to changing your life.

I love how she speaks of having a certain amount of fear is good... (self preservation is key, after all), as in saving yourself from life threatening occurrences. But it's super important to forbid fear to drive, it is forbidden to allow fear to hold the keys to your life. It is a non-negotiable.

If you let fear hold the keys, allow it to take the wheel and navigate your journey -you miss out on the most important things. You miss out on the happiness that you really deserve... The love that you may be craving. The places that you dream about traveling to...and all of those big beautiful adventures (you know what they are).

So, if right now, you're allowing your fears the driver seat? It's time for you to take it back. Right now. This very second! Don't waste another moment.

You are worth it!

Amanda
