The world needs more of YOU!

At one point it was easy to get caught up in the whirlwind and often crazed society "rules", but what once was truly not deemed as "acceptable" is really starting to change. Why? Because of people like you.

Yes, you gorgeous girl (and if you're a dude, <insert dude or fella> where needed) sitting there looking at this thinking, what the frick am I reading?

Yes, YOU!

Because of women like you and me and so many others who are stepping up and out to be who we are. We're like our own little club of "cool kids" which at this moment in time translate into a tribe of strong badass women who are on a mission to spread ass-kickery. Refusing to take crap from anyone and not getting caught up in the hype of being just like everyone else.

Where is the fun in that anyway? There isn't. I can't tell you how many people I've seen literally take on the personality of others because they felt that they needed to fit in  when in reality -by doing so, they took away everything that was appealing about them in the first place. I can't stress this enough... Do Not Do That!

Just be original.

It's sexy.... I promise.

We don't have to be like everyone else. We were born different for a reason. I could list a crap ton of individual qualities (Sassy, quirkiness, etc...), but we'd be here all damn day. You get the point.

From here on out... Your mission is to be you. Every stinkin' day... just work on being you.

It's okay to be afraid, but don't let it cripple you.

My morning routine consists of a few things... Coffee, personal development book, journal and then planner...
The coffee I'm drinking now is strong enough to put hair on your chest... I couldn't wait for the pot to fill so I snatched it off the burner when there was enough to fill the mug... Lol

Right now I'm reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. It is fantastic, btw. I have both the hard copy and the audio. When I don't have time to really sit down and read, I listen. It's a win win. Personal development is a big deal in the growing process for anyone. Strengthening your mind is key when you're taking steps to changing your life.

I love how she speaks of having a certain amount of fear is good... (self preservation is key, after all), as in saving yourself from life threatening occurrences. But it's super important to forbid fear to drive, it is forbidden to allow fear to hold the keys to your life. It is a non-negotiable.

If you let fear hold the keys, allow it to take the wheel and navigate your journey -you miss out on the most important things. You miss out on the happiness that you really deserve... The love that you may be craving. The places that you dream about traveling to...and all of those big beautiful adventures (you know what they are).

So, if right now, you're allowing your fears the driver seat? It's time for you to take it back. Right now. This very second! Don't waste another moment.

You are worth it!

...for the love of Coffee Mugs.

If you know me and/or follow my page, you know how much I love my coffee. And what is a must have with said strong coffee? Really stinkin' cool mugs. I like them different and really unique and Cherrico Pottery always delivers! This, doll faces, is his Lunar Mug and this beautiful bastard arrived today... I am one happy girl.

Now, with that being said. I'm about to prop my feet up, kick back with a good book and relax.

I hope your day was pretty kick ass!

If you're reading this, then I have finally sat down and followed through! I am so excited to finally get this page up and running! It's been a long time coming, but the truth is, I've lacked patience in getting things set up! Lol...

Anyway, over the next week I will be adding many more things so, check soon and often!
